We went to Dumont Sand Dunes for Presidents Day! We had a blast! We camped with the Bakers and a few of there friends, Kim and Duane, and Jim and Shaquel. The kids loved playing in the sand, getting snow cones, and of course riding! Kim and I celebrated our birthday there and Sam and Duane surprised us with a cake:) We saw some wrecks that were really scary too. Keaton and Rudy rolled our Razor. They said it was fun:/ I'm glad we didn't have any injuries and we got home all in one peace! We are already planning our next trip:)

Masters & Basic students..


Mersadie graduated from the basic program at the Skin Institute on Dec.23rd! She got a 99% on her test. Kirsten (my niece) graduated from the masters program. She is looking for a job:) She is a licensed esthetician. I'm so exicted for these girls. They know so much and they are going to keep us looking young:) Mersadie will start the masters program on Jan. 11th and get done in April. Way to go Mersadie & Kirsten!! :)

Sunday afternnon we went to St. George and has Kim take a few pictures of our family. They turned out pretty good:) Dayton never smiles and hates pictures, so he was a bear! We didn't get one of Keaton alone, but I will:) Thanks Kim for everything!

Playing Chicken at the park wasn't such a good idea:/ Kenadie was hanging out with friends on Friday evening when she decided to play chicken. Well.. she fell and landed with her arm straight. She said it hurt, but she was to cool to cry:) Brandt brought her home and her elbow was on the side of her arm! Sam took her to St. George to the emergency room. I stayed home with the other kids. (Plus I can't stand seeing my kids like that) They determined they would have to do surgery on Saturday. They came home and said they would call Saturday morning. We went to the Lee Family Christmas Party from 9-11 that morning and had a blast! Then went to pick up Shaylynn and headed to St. George. They were waiting for her and they were ready to go. Kenadie was nervous, but she didn't cry:) The surgery took about 2 hours. She recovered for a while and we came home. She hasn't went back to school yet, but she is going tomorrow! Oh.. She broke the cap off her elbow and they pinned and wired it back in place. I'm so proud of Kenadie for how brave she was! She is the first one in our family to break something! (That includes Sam and Me) She deserves a brownie button:)

Kai started to get sick on Sunday. It's weird how you can always tell when your kids are sick but your dog? Well, I could tell! Sam said that we are not taking him to the Vet! He said it was nothing a bullet couldn't fix (he's such a big talker!) On Tuesday I took him to Tammy the Vet:) I left him there and they were going to call me a tell me whats up with him. I call back at 6pm and they said he was just getting done, so I headed up there. Well.. They said he has a infected anal gland! Sick! I was like okay.. They have him on a medicine and they gave me some creme to rub on his butthole! NO WAY! I was like I don't think so! I love this dog to death but I draw the line there:) He got his shots too.. So 150.00 later we left.. He is feeling lots better and almost back to normal. And I haven't put any creme on him either:/ We are trying to get him off people food too. Thats all he eats, so I went and bought some different kinds of dog food for him to try. I hope it works:) Sick story I know.. lol

Keaton had his baptism on Halloween which was really cool! He got baptized with his cousin Kristopher. It was a great day with lots of family and friends. We had a BBQ afterwards and then Keaton had a football game that afternoon. He lost his game but was exicted to go to Trunk or Treat! We threw your pumpkins in the Rhino and headed to the church with tons of candy.. Keaton didn't even change he went as a football player! Easy for me right? I am so proud of Keaton with his decision to be baptized he is trying really hard to do whats right:)

I'm such a slacker! Kenadie's birthday was Sept. 13th and I forgot about her! She had a great day and got a I-pod touch and new clothes from Buckle.. She wanted to rent a limo and take all of her friends to Vegas:) But I wasn't going for that! Here's 14 reasons why we love Kenadie:
